Cultivating Intersectional Leadership
A journey for transmuting white supremacy and patriarchy—within ourselves and between us.

This isn’t a DEI training. It’s an invitation to return to yourself— To lead, live, and relate without replicating the very systems you long to transform.
We’re not here to perform our values. We’re here to practice them.

This work isn’t about memorizing content. It’s about becoming someone who can stay present, accountable, and relational in the face of discomfort, complexity, and change.

In a time of political fear, social unraveling, and institutional betrayal, this work calls us inward—so we can move outward with clarity, compassion, and courage.

Join a growing rhythm of people building capacity for real change—
Not just in policy or language, but in presence, power, and relationship.
